I called to request an estimate with questions about payment. The pricing was more than fair for carpet cleaning of my whole house and upholstery cleaning for my sofa. To my surprise Jimmy was able to accommodate me with same day service during a holiday week. The customer service I received was excellent. Jimmy really worked with me and showed flexibility and care. My carpet and sofa look spectacular. I highly recommend Silver Olas and plan to use them again in the future.
