The guys from Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning came out to clean and re-seal about 1200sq feet of tile. We had used them once or twice before for carpet cleaning. Their pricing was fair. The 3 guys that came to the house were very professional and respectful of our home. It took a long time to dry, but, it was raining out and they told us to expect that. We ended up have to put some furniture back ourselves. Overall, we were pleased with the work they did and would use them again.
