I highly recommend Stan's. Last week my a/c stopped blowing cold air. I called another company in town and they were professional and diagnosed the problem; however, when they wrote down the parts number off my unit they did not identify that the unit was still under the manufacturer's warranty and wanted to charge me twice as much for the repair. I called Stan's and spoke to Matt, service manager, and he was able to determine that my unit was still under warranty and was able to have a technician come out immediately to verify the issue. I needed to replace my horizontal evaporator coil in my attic and 3 days later they had 2 amazing technicians, Michael and Adrian, at the house. They arrived on time, laid down moving tarps and blankets and put on booties when they came in the house to install our new coil. They were very professional, knowledgeable and hard-working gentlemen. They checked all the lines, drains, traps and made sure everything was working at optimum. They even had a manager bring them a new drain pan when Michael noticed that mine needed replacing. They took the time to explain all of the repairs and parts they replaced and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. A highly satisfied customer who will stay a Stan's customer!
