Stan's Heating and AC replaced our whole heating and air conditioning system. They took out the old one, got rid of it, and installed the new system all in one day. The installers were friendly and professional in answering our questions, and they didn't make a mess. We did ask for a manual thermostat and they sent out two thermostats that were not manual- they were programmable. They had to go back and get another, but they made it right. Their customer service was good during this issue. We are on the Gold Star plan, and we also have two free inspections since we got the new system put in. We look forward to them calling us in the spring to schedule an inspection before we start up the AC for summer.
