Billing Problems

We have a billing problem with Stan's. It's yet to be resolved. Looks like a Bait and Switch. A discount is offered if you fill out a Texas Gas Rebate for the GSC heating inspection, which is the repairman responsibility (.for some reason that hasn't been done) I was charged for the HVAC contract which I didn't request, or want. All I needed was a repair for a switch and a heating and AC inspection.

I apologize for any miscommunication and thank you for bringing this to my attention. I can assure you that Stan's never practices any form of "bait and switch". In order to get the Texas Gas Rebate you have to use Texas Gas. Unfortunately, they are not your provider. My office has already left you a message so that we can make arrangements to refund the maintenance agreement and only charge you for the tune-up. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
