Good communication but repeat visits are frustrating
I took my car to Tramcar Transmission Specialists because I thought there was something wrong with my transmission. We took it in and they told me that it wasn't the transmission and that something was loose in our car, so they fixed the problem within an hour and we were free to go. Two days later, the problem happened again while I was driving so my son came with me to take it back in. They kept it overnight and didn't charge me and we got it back the next day. It was working fine until I heard another noise a few days ago, so I called Tramcar again.
Now that this is the third time my car is making the noise, I'm unsure what to think or if I should trust them. Now they're telling me there might be a different problem and it's very frustrating. Living on a fixed income is hard and having to have so many auto repairs is very taxing. I will say that Junior the mechanic is really great at communicating and did reassure me that they wouldn't take advantage of me, so hopefully the next time I take my car to them, they can accurately assess the problem.
