This was my first time using Tramcar Transmission Specialists, and they were really good! I'm doing this review because I like to read through online reviews myself, before deciding whether or not I should try out a business. With that being said, I would highly recommend Tramcar Transmission Specialists!

Recently, I had a problem with my Mercedes shifting gears. I took it to the dealership, and they said I needed a transmission, which would cost me around $7000.

I obviously wanted a second opinion after that. I called Tramcar Transmission Specialists, and spoke with Junior, Cary's son, and he told me "Hey, I need your car for 24 hours to do a full diagnostic. There will be no charge for the diagnostic."

24 hours later, Junior informed me that it wasn't even a transmission issue. My Mercedes just needed a connector and a conductor plate. The whole service cost me about $1200, and my vehicle works beautifully! I would definitely recommend their services!

Junior and Cary keep you up to par, and let you know what's going on with your vehicle. They told me it would take 3 days to fix my vehicle, and the turn-around time was actually less than that. I feel like I have a brand new car!
