They are nice people but my car is still not fixed!

I went to Tramcar Transmission. The entire staff was very pleasant. I needed a transmission overhaul. My car is not running great so there still seems to be an issue. I am actually planning on taking it back in. I really appreciate the service and the nice people but they did not fix my car.
