I'm very happy with the final outcome with Tramcar Transmission Specialists, but the road to get there was a little rocky. I first contacted Cary via their website. I waited three days, but I didn't get a response. At that point I called and told him, and then he sent me an email. So the communication was lacking in that way.

I did choose to take the car there, and they fixed it in a timely manner. The transmission part works excellently. When we went to pick up the car, Junior went around back and brought it out. He parked it out front, and he turned off the ignition to come inside and settle the bill.

When I went back out to the car, it wouldn't start. I told Junior about it, and he went and got the mechanic. The mechanic found the battery terminal wasn't making good contact. He cleaned it out and screwed it back on. It's been working perfectly well ever since, so I'm happy about that!
