I called everywhere to get some sort of pricing on rebuilding my transmission for my 2003 BMW that lost the reverse gear. Every other company I called gave me the run around and wanted me to bring the car in so they could disassemble the trans in order to give me a diagnosis. What shysters! I called Tramcar and they gave me a price right off the bat so I knew approximately the cost BEFORE they pulled my car apart! Long story short they car was fixed within the expectations of cost and time. I have since put over 70k miles and still going! Thanks for the honest business practices. I even felt comfortable enough to send my mothers 2003 Dodge Neon on for a trans repair.
