At the suggestion of the Automotive Department at Sears, we took our 1999 Taurus to Tramcar to have them evaluate a noise coming from the front driver's side near the axel. Not only did they diagnose and repair the problem, but it was a less costly repair that it would have been at another shop and it was done the day we brought the car in (with an appointment). It also included a follow-up call to make sure the repair was satisfactory and to see if we had any other questions. Excellent service, good value and great work!
