Bye bye pet stains and odor

Tom and Matt did a wonderful job cleaning the urine stained carpet in one room as well as the 10-yr accumulation of dust and grime on a sofa.
I appreciated Tom's honesty when stating what he thought a reasonable result would be. He was right on.
I now have that room back...no longer surrendering to the odor and embarrassing stains.
Tom was willing to give me a rough bid over the phone as well as an exact time they would arrive...no waiting around during a 2-hr block of time!
