I have been using Tom/Five Step since I moved to Park City in 2010. With three children and a dog, and cream carpet I always seem to have a carpet stain emergency. Tom always shows up quickly and has never let me down. In additon to emergency spot cleans, Tom cleans my entire house regularly. I can even trust Tom to work in the house when I am not home. Tom always has my carpet looking like new.
