August Roofing was recommended by another roofing contractor who retired. From the start, they were honest, professional, very knowledgeable and very fair with their pricing. They are licensed, bonded and insured and filed for a building permit with the Dept. of Building and Safety. The three men who performed the work were timely, extremely hard working and focused. They tried to keep the premises as neat as possible considering the scope of removing a tile roof, storing the original tile and then rebuilding the entire roof from scratch. Additionally, the workers were very friendly and knew their job without hesitation. The foreman visited the job on a daily basis to ensure all was in order. I have already referred several people to August Roofing and will continue to do so in the future. Finally, their warranty is long and transferrable should we ever decide to sell.
