Service was of quality. Work crew was efficient and friendly. The crew even hauled away some spare plywood sheets that were taking up space in our garage. So far, so good. General quality of the roofing was, we think, excellent EXCEPT for the nails and debris that fell onto our valuable furniture through the open skylights they removed in order to take off the bits of old roofing around the edges. It would have been so easy to inform us to protect the surfaces while they were working on that portion of the roof. Our dining table was dinged. And then, when the final day was drawing to a close and there was some minor caulking needed on our white house. Very dark gray caulk was slapped on, and looked horrible. We had to climb onto the roof, remove it, re-caulk and repaint. We wrote to the office to report those issues and never had the courtesy of a response of any kind. Not customer service smart on their part. They could have easily received 5-stars across the board, but they do not get those 5-stars from us.
