Life-saver
My husband received a call on MLK holiday from a "police officer" claiming to be from the county sheriff's department, and stating that my husband had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear for jury duty, and that he needed to pay $4000 in Safeway vouchers (that would be returned once he showed up for jury duty) that day to avoid arrest. It was quite intimidating and scary! Mr. Nabizadeh took my call on a holiday, and told us pretty quickly that this was a scam. The sheriff's office was closed so I wasn't able to verify through that avenue. I SO much appreciate the fact that Mr. Nabizadeh took my call - it is not everyone who would take the time to respond to a call in the afternoon on a holiday - that is true compassion. I give him my highest recommendation.
