We had to move twice in the same week. 1st move went well. 2 Guys were on time, personable and worked hard. 2nd move..not so efficient. We thought the first move went so well we ordered them for the 2nd move, more trucks, more men. 2 trucks, 6 men were sent for an afternoon move. 1st truck the men did a great job, they took care of our furniture with care, and moved quickly. The 2nd crew - were tired and pokey-truck had boxes in it already which made it smaller and not enough room for my stuff. they were stuffing the boxes in and very sloppy. The two trucks they sent were SMALLER than the first move. I had 3 storage units and only two could fit in their trucks. With this being an afternoon move - I found out this was their 2nd job for the day and the guys were exhausted and moved very slow and not very careful with my furniture and walls. My Hutch had a nice gash in the wood and the piece was just MISSING, my laundry room had a nice gash in the floor board. I noted the paperwork but still wanted to talk to someone. My complaint was 1. they didnt send a fresh crew, 2. they sent smaller trucks, 3. trucks didnt have ez tag so it slows them down cost more money..4. One of the crews didnt speak english, 5 the customer service does not return calls. i'm sorry at least hear what i have to say. I will file a claim for my furniture that they damaged but they don't have the decency to call you back when they say they will.
i will not recommend them. We spent $1000. moving plus another almost $300 in tips (which some didnt even earn).
I called and spoke with Rudy and he said Ronnie will call me back Monday or Tuesday.
I called back on Monday and left another message with a women that said she would give him the message. Still no call back.
Very disappointing they came highly recommended by my niece and sister-in-law.
