Worst Mistake Ever

I scheduled my move for 11/20/15 because I needed to move in a week and they had the cheapest trip charge. When they first got there, I had to pay upfront for the 2 hour minimum and the trip charge. Then the leader of the crew, walked around the house and told me what he would be able to move and would not be able to move. Things came to a head when he told me that he would not move my French Door Refrigerator because he couldn't remove the door. He didn't believe me when I said that the doors were not removed to bring it in so they didn't have to be removed to take it out. I was proven right because the refrigerator fit through the door, but now doesn't work, so I guess that I should have not let them touch it at all. After the move, I called to let the management staff know about the horrible service that I received because he refused to put my leaf extensions back in my dining room table and did not put the extension back in my breakfast table. He also left my glass shelves for my china hutch at the house that I moved from even though he knew that they belonged in the china hutch that he was taking and needed to be wrapped so that they would not get broken. The worst part of it all is that after I talked with claims manager about my refrigerator no longer working, he told me that they would only pay $0.60 per pound which averaged out to about $150.00 for my refrigerator that cost over $1500.00. This amount will not even pay the service charge for the appliance repair man. I wish that I have never dealt with this company because they do not stand behind their work and only make excuses when things go wrong, I have used movers before and was never told about what they would and would not move. If you pay for a service, you should receive that service and not excuses and damages. Take my advice, find someone else.
