They are the worst movers ever! They were two and half hours late , past the two hour window. When I called to see if they were on their way , I was told the movers were in a vehicle accident. Once the movers FINALLY arrived they stated they had a flat. Which was it..an accident or flat tire?! For my inconvenience they brought another guy to help with the move, but told me I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM BRING THIS GUY!!!!!! Which I refuse their additional charge, they proceed to brake a hall way light fixture and tried to pretend they did nothing wrong even though I witness the incident. At this point I'm assisting with the move that I'm paying them to do, while I stepped away to load up the moving truck they took my sofa without covering and wrapping it first to prevent dirt. They were sweating all over my fairly new sofa! Disgusting!!!! When I called to speak with the manager, which took me six days to finally get him on the phone, he reconfirmed that they were suppose to cover all fabric upholstery. He stated that they will reimburse me for the broken light fixture and the cleaning cost of my sectional sofa, only after I have the everything replaced and cleaned, then I can submit the bill for reimbursement. Well I ask to get he verbally promised that they will reimburse me in full , I was told to just submit the bill by certified mail, his word was enough! THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
