Damaged Floors
Stay away! If they damage your floors you're just stuck! They gave us $20 for ruining the wood floors. The manager/owner justified it by saying they aren't responsible for floors. The contract clearly states in item 6 they will take care to ensure they don't damage, dent, or scar floors. It's all a trick to get you to use the service.
