DO NOT give them your cc# under any circumstances. They charge you even after you cancel service. The do not honor their money back guarantee even after you prove that they did meet the services/rankings promised. They do not communicate with you, and even though calls are recorded, they still don't honor the guarantee that they use to get the sale. A year later I am still trying to get a refund of charges from April and May (even though they should refund EVERYTHING Feb & March under the guarantee)..but I at least want what is due after I cancelled. They say no guarantee and no cancel. It's recorded and in writing...but doesn't matter, they won't reverse charge. Now, in December they had the nerve to start billing me again. Until they fix my account, I will continue to believe this is an intentionally fraud company. Stay away.
