The customer service at Local Splash is a five out of five. Amanda corresponds with me and she is excellent. The issues, and reason why I rated them as a three overall is because their service hasn't really worked for me. It hasn't provided me a great ROI. I also have a minor complaint about their tech department.

It took their tech team about a month to fix an issue regarding typos. The site they set for me also had nothing that stated where my business was located or what my business offered; which certainly couldn't have helped with my SEO. I know this because I ask new customers how they find me. What I found was that I have been getting a lot of inquiries from past clients, recommendations from other vendors, and few, if any, that have found me through the website Local Splash established.

My business is a DJ business that provides mobile services for high-end events like weddings, birthdays, and company holiday parties. I'm not complaining directly about Local Splash, I just think that my type of business might not be the best type of company their services work for. Their reps definitely have great communication, and have done their best to help with fixing errors. My experience with the results just haven't been that great.
