Not great communication
The product I think is good, but there is very little customer support, as in talking to someone. I've had a webpage be in design now for almost 2 months, and I haven't been able to get a hold of the guy designing my page for over a month, to the point that I was willing to just close out my account. And then they're willing to talk to you.
Once you get somebody on the phone they're responsive, but getting them on the phone is the point.
