I recommend Local Splash because they charge a quarter of what my local provider here in Toronto wanted to charge me. Local Splash charges me only $200 for all of the services they provide. The communication isn't quite there, though. They are supposed to give me a report on where we are and where we came from about once a month. I've been with them 6 months in a row already, but I don't always hear those status updates from them.
