I have had Local Splash for a few years and it never worked until recently Steve K was assigned to me. All of my problems I wasn't getting answered or resolved for a minimum of 2 years BUT when Steve K began working for me he was able to do in 10 minutes.

I felt disillusioned after signing up with Local Splash and it was all bad business until I met Steve. He is professional, great to talk to, and provides noticeable and effective effort. With regards to the company as a whole, I would say that Steve is their only saving grace. I am concerned if he leaves the company of what will become of their service again or if they were to assign another technician to me again.
