Anytime Blinds & Shutters recently did some work at our house. Everyone was pretty friendly, although the worker who came out was somewhat dismissive of my issues, he was quick to dismiss my concerns. For example, I was not totally happy with the way the blinds laid in the windowsill. He was quick to say they would relax and lay down with time, but they did not.

The quality of the product seems fine. The blinds fit fine and I don't really even notice how they lay on the windowsill anymore. It's not really worth the energy to keep calling them about it so I've accepted it the way it is.
