Poor service for lawn care
First time customer paid premium late April to get preium service that includes weed control. was told will call for the visit, but wasnt for the 1st visit on May3, left no specific note about my lawn (which has teared by animal, obvious a grub issue)other than a ge
neric note on invoice. 2nd visit supporsed to be within 4-6 weeks, a long wait for the weed control, they never tell you that.
while the weed is out of control, after calling the office several times last week (week 5),finally got service notice call. i was home, around 5pm, a guy shown up, i asked about if they do weed control, he said they ran out of supply. don;t know when can come back. although the generic note(pre-printed)on the invoice said weed control applied. if i was not home i won;t know that was not ture. i called office afterwords, reported that and asked for the date of weed control. no answer to that other than selling me other products.
i called next day, no result or action. called 3 time the following day, got a guy said he will report to the management try to get action. very disappointed with the service, they did what is against what they promised. i regret my decision, if not for weed control, i won;'t use them.who can't spread the fertilizer on the lawn?? now my weed is out of control, i lost control to have a beautiful lawn, i am upset and waiting every day for them to show up.
