Kelly Clarke and her team did a fantastic job of helping us prepare and sell our condo! Her team includes contractors that were able to take care of a wide range of repairs, including painting, plumbing, and cleaning. Also her team includes contractors that take care of moving and storage issues and staging. And Kelly herself is extremely knowledgeable concerning all the regulatory and legal issues associated with the sale of a home. She was spot on in estimating the value of our condo, and we got the price that we were looking for. Overall, our experience with Kelly was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling a home.
