Since I was a new buyer and did not know what I could ask for, Kelly was invaluable during the negotiation process and to answer any questions I had. She helped me understand our options after the inspection and really worked hard on my behalf. We wanted the seller remove the popcorn ceilings in the unit even though having the seller do anything to improve the home after bidding is unheard of in this environment. When she recognized that the seller and property manager were not communicating well, Kelly spoke directly with the manager to have a technician do an asbestos test and had the condo professionally cleaned. By the end, the ceilings were replaced and the work was done very quickly.
Kelly's follow-through and attention to detail are phenomenal. I trust her completely and follow any of her recommendations. Kelly is great and I definitely recommend her to anyone, especially a first-time buyer. She will negotiate on your behalf until you have the home you have always wanted.
