Kelly was excellent! She was able to guide me (a first time home buyer) through the process even in an neighborhood she did not have many clients in. And she was good at prompting me to keep searching when I was discouraged (it took us a year!!!). I finally purchased a place within my budget (small for NorCal) and that met my wishlist (space, space, space). She also kept the other agent on task once we went into the contingency period. I would work with Kelly again and I plan on recommending her to my friends in the future.
