By far the worst experience. I came in and asked if they do dip manicures. Lily replied yes, and I sat down with a gentleman. First of all, they soak your nails in a bowl of acetone. Second, it took OVER 2 HOURS!! He was at the end of the bottle of top coat, so the nails on one hand dried wrinkled and horrendous. Lily told him how to fix it, and it still was all over my fingers, filed awfully, and horrible. I went in the next day, the top coat was peeling off and edges were coming off. I said I don't want anyone to fix it at that salon, since it didn't seem like anyone knew how to properly do this service and I didn't want to waste another 1-2 hours of my time in this salon. I don't think it's fair for techs to experiment new services on clients on MY time. Lily should've told me she's not available and to come back at a later time if she's the only one that knows how to do this service. Lily agreed to give me a full refund check later that afternoon. When I went back, she said her "boss" doesn't do refunds and refused to give me my money back, even though she's the owner! Such a horrible experience with services and customer service. Not to mention highly overpriced.
