We purchased our Spa at the Castle Rock location, it was a very pleasant experience. Never having a hot tub before we were having issues with the running of it. They sent out Scott who not only was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he didn't make you feel stupid about all your questions and answered each one throughly. He was totally adorable and kind. This is a great place to purchase a Spa and the customer service is fantastic.
