Our property is a challenge to access and the crew Stan sent the morning of delivery, (which included Scott) was awesome! When a miscommunication came up, Scott immediately contacted Stan who handled it quickly and professionally. Later when we discovered a crack in the control board, Scott was super nice, returning the next day, or so to replace it as it apparently was damaged during delivery. Our family have truly enjoyed the use of the new swim spa and hot tub this summer! Thanks Stan and Scott for all that you have done to make that happen!
