I contacted CCS yesterday evening after refilling my hot tub and finding it was not heating up. With snow actively falling around me I was worried I was going to destroy my hot tub. Stan Goodreau (I believe the GM) was kind enough to FaceTime me and we worked out pretty quickly there was an air trapped in the heating pump. We resolved the situation and my hot tub is still in one piece. I can’t believe all company’s would try and be as helpful. To make it better, after the event I realized I had the wrong company in the first place. These guys were just nice enough to help me out of a sticky spot. Genuinely many many thanks for saving me $1000 of dollars in damage on a Saturday evening after 5pm!!!
