Our Tuff Spa was delivered and set up with true Craftsmanship and wonderful people. They came on time and performed a great install.

Two days later the spa was leaking. I called and Sam insured me the Service Manager Justin would be out by 2 PM or sooner the next day. Sam and Justin communicated with me by email and phone to make sure the leak was repaired and that I was satisfied.

Justin spent over four hours inspecting the spa to find the leak. He found that the spa light lens had a minor crack and thus minor leak. Justin drained, fixed, refilled and added chemicals to the Tuff Spa. Justin communicated with me several times to keep me informed on the progress. It was a difficult leak to find, but Justin found and fixed it.

Both Sam and Justin assured me that a new leaking spa was not typical of these Tuff Spas.
