Having shopped at every hot tub store in Denver, we were a little overwhelmed by the time we got to Colorado Custom Spas. Our salesman Sam was very knowledgeable about the different types of hot tubs. It was refreshing to feel like we were being consulted rather than sold to. They have multiple brands that are very innovative in their designs. We settled on a Bullfrog Spa because we really liked the Jet pack idea. This design just appears to be leaps and bounds beyond the other tubs we had seen.
The delivery crew was great as well. They took the time to make sure that everything was perfect before they left. After our recent bad experience purchasing another appliance, Colorado Custom Spas has reminded me that some companies really do care about customer service. Thanks :)
