Worst Ever Service & Over priced

Colorado Custom Spas has the worst service. First, no call back and paperwork was lost after I paid upfront. Second, after delivering cover, the roll bar for cover was all jacked up. It was unscrewed and not fully installed. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again.

I apologize that we did not live up to your expectations. We take customer service very seriously and are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. I will share your review with the team and figure out how we can prevent this from repeating in the future.

This is not meant as an excuse but simply to clarify things. Our records do not indicate the purchase of a "roll bar", only a replacement cover and it's delivery. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for products that were not purchased and/or originally installed by us nor any pre-existing damage. When delivery was scheduled, you indicated that the wind had damaged your existing cover lift assist. We do not have the capacity to repair this damage and indicated as much to you at that time. We feel that we lived up to the sales agreement by providing exactly what you purchased, a replacement cover delivered to your house within the estimated time frame.

This however does not excuse us from leaving you with a negative impression of our company. In the end it is incumbent upon us to create a positive experience for our customers. Clearly we have failed to do so in your case. I would like the opportunity to makes things right with you if I may. I have left you a voice message and look forward to addressing your concerns.
