We had been seeing water appearing next to our water heater that would appear and then disappear. We thought maybe it was coming from our water heater so we got online and called several plumbers and this company was the only one willing to ask some follow up questions to help save us from a service call. Based on their knowledge and a few follow up questions they helped us determine it wasn't coming from our water heater, it was condensation from our furnace. They saved us from having to pay a plumber to come out and we really appreciated the extra mile. Great customer service in our book. Thanks again.
