We were in a jam at my job, and we needed Ultratorq to cut pipe for me with their specialty tools. I called them, and a man came that same afternoon. He saw and understood what I needed. I did not have to do a whole lot of explaining to him. He was very knowledgeable. He set me up with the proper equipment.
