We had another great customer service experience today with Chuck Simpson. We have been Roofing Company customers for years and always appreciate the quality and professionalism. Chuck came out this morning to assess a leak in our slate roof. He set us up with the necessary long-term repair AND personally installed a temporary measure to prevent water intrusion until the repair crew is able to come.
