"The Proof is in the Roof" Well, if you want to see the quality of the work done by The Roofing Company then come by our house. Three tarps and counting, seven leaks currently, and this all began within 4 four years of installation.
A few months ago, The Roofing Company came out and gave an estimate of $1498 to repair the leaks. Then after a negative review, an agent came back out, blamed us for having chosen a standard roof, and offered to fix the current leaks, but only if the negative review is removed. If all the leaks were repaired today, there is no telling when or where the next one will show. The Roofing Company has no integrity for their work. A properly installed roof should last longer than 7 years. This one started leaking at year FOUR and leaks are appearing more frequently now.
The Roofing Company has said it was our fault for having chosen a standard roof, rather than all their upgrades, but most roofs in this neighborhood are standard and have served for 20-plus years. The roof above our house, installed by The Roofing Company, began to show leaks within four years and every rain brings another.
"Expect Better" and so we shall. We will have a new roof installed and it will be done with a different company. Remember that your home is an investment, don't entrust it to The Roofing Company.
