Ken was very professional and prompt in writing up his proposal. He said it would be about 4 to 6 weeks and it took about 5 1/2 weeks. Your office called to say it might be the later part of the estimated time, which was good to know. Adrian did a great job working in the hot weather and finishing in a timely basis. He kept me informed all along the way and was very pleasant and informative in all our conversations.
