The value and quality are average because I will not know if it was worth the money until the roof lasts a long time or how well the company backs the warranty we were promised. This was the most expensive company, but came with the best warranty around. As for professionalism, the program manager didn't even show up the day of installation as far as I know. I had made a request about the placement of the downspouts and didn't here a thing. They were not put where requested. As far as I am concerned the job was average and the program manager was not available to talk to much.
