In July I called and asked for an estimate to have my back door replaced, on July 13, 2011 Chuck came and looked at the door and said it would take him a few days to work up a price, at this time he also said he would check my roof and found that my vents & seals needed replaced and I was also missing some shingles. He wrote an estimate at this time and I agreed to it. On July 18, 2011 he called to say he needed to remeasure the door and also he had forgotten to get the deposit from me, once again saying he would be getting back to me in a few days with the door estimate. The roof repairs were done on August 12, 2011 and I have no complaint about the work that was done at this time. I also mentioned to the installer that I still hadn't received the estimate & he said he would remind him. I waited another week and once again called and was told that they would email me the estimate and also put me through to voice mail and I left a message, once again no response. Then September 7, I called once again & was told by the gentleman that I spoke to that he could find no record of me even though I was a repeat customer. He said he would have his service manager call as of 11:49 pm September 9, 2011 I have heard nothing. This is not the way to treat a repeat customer or any customer and I will certainly have nothing good to say about their service,
