The only issue we had was the failure of someone to keep us informed about the repair schedule. We were told it would be about 3 weeks when we signed the contract. We did not hear from anyone for several weeks. We finally called to find out what the delay was. It was then we found out the shingles hadn't even been ordered. We found the above to not be professional. The pricing was about the same as other estimates but the quality may have made up for the pricing.
