Best Customer Service! Best Installers!

If you prefer doing business with a South Austin Flooring store then please consider Butler Floors. In addition to a showroom filled with an assortment of flooring products, it is the personal, no pressure and expert customer service you will receive from Rob and Cindy Butler. It kept us coming back for more information. Together with Jonelle, their trusted and knowledgeable assistant, they are a winning team to answer your questions and acquaint you with your flooring preference and the installation process. For us, deciding on which engineered hardwood product we wanted was fun and challenging. We were able to borrow multiple samples of their products to determine which wood type, finish and color would complement our home décor. Almost a month later, we finally made our decision and Rob came to the house to measure and provide an estimate—Rob does all of the flooring estimates. He also gave us guidance on how to stage our home for the installation. We scheduled the install and Rob delivered our wood, moldings, etc. three days prior so the wood could cure and adapt to the indoor temperature of our home. On the date of our install, our installers---Rojelio, Eric and Caesar arrived early and were ready to work. The guys were all business and worked continuously except for their lunch break. They worked with great precision and efficiency to complete the prep work which is probably the most time consuming. It’s a very essential and key element that ensures the boards are properly glued to a clean and level surface. As the installers began to methodically organize the individual boards and glue them in place, our new hardwood floors gradually transformed the look and feel of each room in our home!! Wow!! To complete the transformation the transition threshold pieces and baseboard shoe molding sticks were installed and caulked. Note: Although each stick was already painted with a white primer, Rob highly recommended we apply a coat of paint to the sticks prior to being installed. We did and it was absolutely worth it—the molding and baseboards have a beautiful, finished look that contrasts and complements the richness of our new Butler Floors!!!
