I had been to Butler Floors twice before to browse, then finally a third time to purchase some Shaw laminate flooring. Rob helped me out figuring exactly what I needed and what to expect since I was installing them myself. The only downside is that I had to pick them up in North Austin and not at the storefront, but not a big deal. I'll definitely make Butler Floors my first stop whenever I need flooring again.
