Butler is a flooring store that specializes in flooring, rather then dabbling in everything. They represent an excellent array of choices and a full knowledge of the variables involved in all of the different types of flooring. This is a growing number of types of flooring and keeping up with them all is a full time job, which they do well and then I can just count on them. I like that the installers are answerable to Butler Floors and that there is no disconnect between the 2 when some issue arises. They have come thru for me everytime. No disappointments.
