I used Butler Floors for my engineered Brazil wood all through the house except for the kitchen and bathrooms. I even used them to tile the outside patio. I had an air conditioning heat unit that leaked and had to replace the floors downstairs. Two years later, I had the water heater leak and again replaced the floors downstairs.
