We're completely inexperienced at importing internationally and Precision Group basically walked us through the entire process. Someone already called us for a reference and I told him that there's not much to do, they just do it for you. If there is an issue, it is usually on our behalf and they draw our attention to it. We've been using them for about five months now. It's very convenient that they're located in Ontario. We're in the U.S. and we hadn't realized that it would be so much cheaper for us to work with a company in ON since that's where most of our customers are. It makes postage so much cheaper. We got a lot of quotes from different companies and no one came close to Precision Group.
